臭豆腐的味道让我觉得很难受，但不知道几时开始渐渐地接受了这种味道。臭豆腐的表皮炸得很酥脆，吃起来清脆的声音在耳边响起，闻起来很丑，吃起来没味道，需要借助旁边的酱料来扶持。

冰冰凉凉的北海道蛋糕，绵密松软的质感，里面还有很凉快的冰冻奶油。但是整体的味道奶味过重，不是很合我的胃口。但是作为甜点还算不错。一盒里面有六分，所以价钱还算合理。

这个花生豆腐花里面的豆花很滑嫩。我从来没有吃过这种搭配，但是原来吃起来真的很不错。花生并不会很硬，很容易就咬烂了。花生的味道配上豆腐的味道整个感觉一软一硬，质感很好。

点了这里的烧鱼，想不到味道还蛮好吃的。用来烧鱼的酱汁很香浓，酱汁的味道完全吸收进去鱼肉里面。鱼肉吃起来也非常的滑嫩。吃起来香香辣辣真的非常过瘾啊。用来配饭真的很棒。

点了这份Smoked Duck Salad with Balsamic Dressing。鸭肉的质感很鲜嫩饱满。吃起来烟熏的味道实在让我着迷。鸭肉分为两段不同的质感。所以吃起来非常软嫩。上面还有少许的辣椒酱，但是作用不大。
