Assam Fish Smile Oct 08, 2012   (Related Review)

Never fail to order the Assam Fish each time I dine in here. This dish is one of their signature dish. The basic ingredients of this dish are tomatoes, lady fingers, pineapple slice and onion. The combination makes this dish, sweet and sour. It is perfect blend with white rice. The fish is very fresh and tender, it doesn't have fishy smell. Thumbs up for this dish.

The fried salted eggs prawn mantis is very delicious. The salted eggs comes in very generous amount because you can feel the powdery feeling in mouth. It is evenly coated around the the prawn mantis. The outside is very crispy and the inside is tender and soft. The chef cooked it just nice. Unlike other places, the prawn mantis is over-fried till you can't see the flesh.

Dried Curry Mee and Teh Smile Oct 07, 2012

This dish is dried curry mee with fu chuk and fish cake. The curry is very fragrant and nice, it doesn't have strong santan taste which sometimes over putting it can be awful. The mee is good not hard, it is just nice. The fu chuk is crispy and delicious. Fish paste is tender.

The drink is teh. The bottom part is milk, middle part is mixture of tea and milk. You will see the bubbles if you order it hot.

Tofu with minced pork Smile Oct 07, 2012

This tofu with minced pork is a signature dish in Loong Foong Seafood Restaurant. It is recommended by the Tauke . The tofu's texture is very soft and silky inside. The outside is abit crispy. The minced pork on top of the tofu is tender and it is not dry and crumbly. The portion of minced meat is generous. This sauce is too salty, however it is perfect blend with white rice.

Tiramisu

Tiramisu

This beautifully designed mini Tiramisu from Free Mori has bottom diameter approximately 6 cm. On top of the Tiramisu is chocolate macaroon. It is very sweet and not to my liking. The cake is coated with cocoa powder and inside is full of cream. The cream texture is quite spongy. I would suggest eat it instantly once you take out from the fridge, it melts fast. Overall, it is delicious and sweetness just right.

Price: RM9.90
