Steamed Salted Chicken Smile Dec 23, 2013
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Seafood

tongue My second visit to this outlet at Sg Besi Branch. Another one located at Seputeh. The Sg Besi outlet here food taste better to me, same menu but taste slightly difference. I love the Steamed Salted Chicken very much as the texture of chicken meat chewy, they claimed is Kampung Chicken (马来鸡). Price for small RM25 worth to try it. The Gei Chi contributed a sweet taste to the broth , plenty of ginger slices and Chinese wine(花雕) giving nice aroma. Very appetizing, you can just have this dish with more then a bowl of white rice. Another dish that i would like to recommend is Homemade Tofu. Never find this menu at others restorant quite unique way to cook it, with minced meat and plenty of long bean dices and choy poh dices. Not too salty just at the right taste. Tofu smooth inside and crispy outer. the gravy taste good.

This is one of the must order dish, Boneless Steamed Chicken. You can eat it conveniently worries free of bones, it suitable for all especially to kids. The texture of the chicken meat is extremely tender and smooth. Good sauce mixture made taste wonderfully. With some sesame oil added in causing this dish smell great. At a reasonable price RM9.90 worth to try it.

Yummy Steamboat Smile Dec 18, 2013

tongue Want to have awesome steamboat with plenty of varieties of soup base and seafood platter , you can enjoy it at 100C Steamboat, Teppanyaki & BBQ Restuarant located at the heart of Pusat Bandar Puchong , Setia Walk. Air-conditioned very cozy environment , good and fast service offered by the staffs , as we were attended almost instantly upon request . Dinners may choose to feast at the usual dining table or the Korean style seated . Presentation wise, neat. For your infor, the specialty here is you can have your own pot, select your own soup base. There are a lot of soup for you to choose ranging from Original clear soup, Tom yam or Tom Yam Gong ( less spiciness) , Bak Kut Teh ( with strong aroma of Chinese herbs ) , Pumpkin Porridge and many more....besides these they serve special soup for the day as well , example the Green Curry Soup only available on Monday. The Green Curry Soup seem to be unique , I definitely will try it out on my next visit. For 4 to 6 pax seafood platter cost RM89.90 they serve you with 2 big wooden baskets topping with lots of fish balls , meat balls, fresh big prawns, scallops , seafood tofu , Fu chuk and plenty of vegetables ( 黄芽白菜) which buried underneath. Very appealing. For the soup base, I personally prefer more to the pumpkin porridge soup base as it had a very smooth texture and with the original sweetness contributed from the pumpkin giving nice orange

沙锅花彫鸡 Smile Dec 18, 2013

Categories : Malay | Restaurant | Nasi Lemak

tongue My second visit to this Restaurant , for this time I just ordered the Nasi Dagang with Ikan Tongkol only. Simply wanted to taste the kuah kari Ikan Tonggol . The rice were cooked perfectly , fluffy texture and nicely pored over the light gravy of coconut milk with the turmeric , right taste and not too salty. Came with two small portions of fish , some Acar added some crunchiness and acidity to the dish, sambal which was sweet in taste and less of spiciness. A small piece of salted fish fried till crispy. Overall full of flavour

, very addictive. Price for this RM7.90
