Wantan Mee OK Jul 29, 2012
Categories : Indian | Food court

This is another dish from a different hawker stall in Batu Lancang Market Food Court.

Wantan Mee
RM 2.50 per plate

Firstly, the plate of wantan mee comes with noodles, char siew. wantan, and vegetables.
However, the wantan mee taste is a big disappointment to me.
The taste of the wantan mee is sort of tasteless to me.
The soy sauce is kinda too watery and the aroma is not very strong as well.
The wantan is pretty good actually with the meat stuff inside is quite soft and tender.
The portion of the noodles is pretty small for a regular costs of a wantan mee in my opinion.

Fried Cempedak OK Jul 29, 2012
Categories : Malaysian variety | Café | Noodles

This small stall that located at the outside of Ho Khoon Café sells fried food.
From fried banana to fried sweet potato and fried cempedak, their basically did sell everything fried.
Okay....

Okay....

Fried Cempedak

Wondering what is cempedak call in English?
After I do some research with Google-ing, I found out that cempedak in English is a fruit resembling
the jack fruit.
First of all, I think the cempedak that they sell is very very oily.
Price is very reasonable and can be considered cheap too.
The cempedak that they use is pretty sweet.
Overall, I find that the food they sell is pretty ordinary and you can buy it easily from any stalls
by the road side too. shocked

Drinks OK Jul 29, 2012
Categories : Stall / Warung | Juices / Bubble Tea / Tea / Yogurt

When we have our meals at outdoor, definitely everyone will order the drinks.
So am I too lol

Teh ice and Milo ice bowl

To me, the teh ice is a very ordinary drink that the taste is exactly similar to any other coffee shop.
However, the milo ice that they sell actually surprises me.
The Milo is pretty thick in my opinion which is very suitable to my liking.
The Milo taste very nice and thick and somehow a little like the chocolate milk too.
But, I actually think that the price is quite expensive which is RM 2 for just a cup of Milo.
Overall, a very good try ~! smile

Tom Yam @ Neway OK Jul 28, 2012   (Related Review)
Categories : Chinese | Western variety | Steaks / Chops

During my visit to Neway at Queensbay Mall, I did order a bowl of tom yam.
Forget about the price but is quite a big portion of instant noodles with tom yam soup!

The Tom Yam chopstick

Overall, I find that the tom yam soup is very average.
The soup to me is 70% alike as the instant noodle tom yam soup that you can cook at home easily
but taste slightly much better.
The soup is not very sour but I actually think its more towards sweetness.
After all, I think the tom yam not bad as it can make my stomach full when I can enjoy my singing.
As usual, you have to eat your bowl of tom yam as fast as possible or else it will become cold very fast
due to the cold air-conditioner.

Milk Tea  OK Jul 26, 2012   (Related Review)

Well, this beverage name is actually quite long.
It is call as '' Milk Tea Mesona Jelly ''.
Although I order the drink, but until now I do not even know what is mesona jelly.

However, as curious as always,
I found out that mesona jelly is actually ''cincau''.
But, I feel that their mesona jelly is way different than any other ones you can easily find even at the roadside.

Overall, I feel that the price is a little too pricey for the drink customers had to pay.
Its around RM5 +/-
But, I absolutely think its worth the try.

The taste of this drink is somehow alike the ''teh tarik'' smell.
However, with the mesona jelly, no doubt, of course it will taste better~!
Maybe you're wondering, what is so special with the mesona jelly?
Well, the mesona jelly have a little like green tea sort of smell.
Anyway, do not worry if you're not a green tea fans because I am also one of the person that dislike green tea.
The aroma of green tea is not very strong and it taste quite nice too actually.
Who knows, maybe you might love it, right?
