According to its homepage, Tanzini is focused on providing fresh and delicious cuisine based on the rich and hearty food from the Italian home kitchen.

I have been told by a Sales personnel of G Tower Hotel who brought me to Tanzini for lunch that Tanzini is using organic ingredients to prepare their food. That's really amazed me when hearing that.

[Salad] - This appetizing salad as a started was a brilliant choice prior to our main course. The mixture of citrus fruits and vegetables with sweet sauce made a good match. The portion is just nice for 2.

I will certainly return to this Cafe for more. Although, the ambience is normal, but the staff are friendly and attentive. Service is satisfactory.

In my first visit, I did not expect much from this Cafe except the mindset of paying slightly higher cost for the F & B, the more it is non local cafe. When the F & B menu served to us, we started to wonder the items are of value for money. Hence, we started to make minimal order.

2 of my friends ordered Cafe Latte, to our surprise, when the drinks served, we felt amaze with the skill and effort on the drinks. Good presentation and taste is of quality as well. We understood completely how they arrived such cost.

Do make a visit!

Heavenly Dessert  Smile Nov 27, 2013

This heavenly dessert named Rose Lotus Seed Paste, cost RM5++/bowl - MUST TRY!

I had this as my appetizer instead. I was very hungry that day, while waiting for the main dish to be served then I decided to order a bowl of dessert to warm my stomach. Gosh! My first try & I love it very much. smile

The lotus seed blended turned into paste and the sweetness to my liking. Strong taste of lotus seed served it warm. Dried Rose tea leafs as topping to spice up the taste. Silky smooth texture and light, not too filling like peanut paste.

I enjoyed every spoonful. The creamy lotus paste blend-in my entire tongue and made a lasting taste in my mouth till the main dish served.

I did the right thing to have it first before the main dish so that I could enjoy the dessert bettlol

The mouthwatering appetizer we had was Pomelo and Duck Confit salad with Asian herbs, cost RM20.90 before tax.

The whole bowl of salad was full of pomelo, peanuts, duck confit, tomatoes and vietnam dipping which was sweet and sour with little spicy taste. We both love it for its refreshing and juicy dish. The salad was served with cabbage. We pealed layer by layer off the cabbage and wrapped it with a little amount of the salad like Vietnamese cuisine. The way it was eaten was superb! The Duck Confit was not too salty while the peanuts enhanced the dish. Tomatoes were sweet taste and the dressing was appetizing mixing with the whole ingredients. loltongue

We had the item Pan-seared Cod fish, RM50.90 before tax. The pan-seared Cod fish served with sauteed prawns on ratatouille and fried potatoes, tomatoes, olive on tomato sauce.

Nice presentation along with a nice ambience made the dish looks appetizing. Two medium size prawns topped on a pan-seared cod fish underneath was fried potatoes. The prawns and the cod were fresh. The prawns in particular, were springy in texture. The Cod was smooth in texture and sweet in taste. I like the pan-seared cod for which it cooked in golden colour and tasted a little crispy effect on the outer layer. smile yummy!
