The pork meat was deeply fried until they have crispy outer layer. The sweet and sour sauce was thick. The pork meat was stir fried for awhile along with sauce so that it will become softer and juicy. A very sourish sweet thick sauce of this dish was so appetizing.

Taiwanese three cup chicken was really a great dish. The chicken was cooked with thick dark brown sauce which tasted a bit sweet and salty. The chicken was soft, smooth and tender. Most importantly, the sauce was absorbed into the chicken meat that makes the meat to be very juicy.

The pork ribs was deeply fried until the skin was crispy and the meat was yet still soft and smooth. Both pork ribs are juicy in their own sauce. For the left side one, that was a creamy butter milk sauce. On the other hand, the right side one was honey sauce, it was so sticky and sweet.

The dark sauce of this dish was very gravy and thick. It tasted a bit sweet and salty. The chicken was very soft, smooth, tender and juicy. Many of the sauce was absorbed into the chicken. You definitely should eat this along with plain rice. The sauce was licking great!

The tilapia was fresh and is cut half to be steamed in a thick and gravy beam paste sauce. The fish tasted sweet, sour, salty, soft and smooth.
