You can't miss this turning into the complex. The brightly lit green lights is what welcomes all customers 24 hours of the day!

I loved their Mee goreng, served with CHILLI flakes, it wasn't spicy. The egg was cooked on a non stick pan and had a slight char to it! For 6rm, my friends said it was slightly overpriced. But I enjoyed it! The Teh AIS was okay too. Nothing special.

The way they cook their eggs for this nasi Lemak was damn Shiok! Look at how runny it is!  The portions here are rather small.. So you want to consider getting two servings of nasi lemak for a decent dinner.

All in all, a great place to grab some good ole traditional food in the wee hours of the night. Service can be quite slow though, it did take some effort to call for service.

Chinese New Year Reunion Lunch Smile Feb 15, 2015

Located in Molek is this cosy family style chinese restaurant. It has a huge ballroom popular with weddings and VIP rooms that seat at least 10-30+ pax.

Here was our menu for Chinese New Year.

There was a lot of flavours in the Lou Hei. The POK pok was very crispy and the salmon was fresh. I actually had a second and third helping for this dish of Lou Hei, which I rarely do!

The next dish was the highlight! A suckling pig. The skin was super crispy and the meat was juicy and tender. There was a layer of fat in between the skin and the meat but it is expected. The sweet sauce was just right and wasn't too sweet, though it was quite thick!

The spare rib meat was quite tough and took quite a lot of effort to get the meat off the bones. It was kind of tedious. But the flavours were over powering and had me reaching for my glass of Chinese tea several times!

The steamed fish was okay. It wasn't mushy but it also wasn't fantastically fresh. But the gravy was a perfect blend of sweetness and saltiness.

I liked their salad prawns as it came with a bunch of fried shreds which were very crispy and it was served on a bed of cubes pineapples.  The prawns were battered and then fried making them have a crispy exterior!

The brocoli wasn't too hard and the mushrooms were very juicy.

The rice was very flavourful and yet not oily, which is usually expected of these dishes. So thumbs up here!

The mango pudding was meh!

All in all, a decent meal and a great location for hanging out since there is karaoke in each VIP room! smile service was quick and the food was served rather quickly!
