Shunka is quite new around. The food is mainly about Japanese food and Oden. They provide a varieties of ingredients to choose from just like eating lok-lok. The ingredients will be cooked and then soaked in some soup.

We did not order the Oden but ordered one of the rice set. The rice set is a mayo sakana don and come with a soup. Does not like it at all. Expensive yet not tasty at all. Its just rice covered with lot of mayonnaise and the quantity is so limited. Other than that, we ordered a pumpkin koroke. Super nice, tasty and sweet.

LK Western Food located at Bukit Gambir has became a favorite dining spot for USM students. I had ordered a set of chicken maryland for my first visit. The set meal come with the main course - chicken maryland, a mushroom soup, a cup of drink and a dessert.

This is the chicken maryland. I like the chicken, it is crispy and tasty. However the side dish - french fries is not that good. It just have pure potato taste, no salt. This is the mushroom soup. I don't really like the bread. It is just normal bread with some garlic butter spread. They didn't even put in the baker to make it more crispy. The mushroom soup is not like the one in Pizza Hut, not that tasty, seems like made from the Chinese mushroom.

Just have a visit to Sakae Sushi at Queensbay Mall after the stressful examination period.

Now Sakae Sushi is doing promotion for the usual buy 1 free 1 for red plate but without time limit, however, each table is limited to 10 red plates only. Of course, I will no miss out the Salmon Sashimi. The salmon is fresh, not like the other Japanese cuisine restaurant. There are many other tasty sushi and handrolls, like the unagi sushi and the soft shell crab handroll. I like Sakae Sushi quite a lot but is decreasing with time. They have taken away the salmon karaage from the menu. Very dissapointing~

Just have my first visit to Viking Cafe yesterday. It is located beside Permata Sport Complex, while enjoying your meal, you can see people swimming in the pool. Good view~

We ordered one set of chicken chop and one set of fish n chip.
This is fish n chip. The fish is very tasty but don't like the tartar sauce.Other than the main course, the set come with a mushroom soup and cup of drinks. I like the mushroom soup a lot. It is really super duper yummy, for me. However my friend complaint that it is a bit more salty.Overall, the taste of the food is not bad, so do the environment. However, the price is quite expensive if compare to LK Western Food.

Tao Authentic Asian Cuisine is always one of my favorite restaurants. I have been there twice during May.
It has a very nice and comfortable environment.
Although the restaurant is always fully filled, but the service crews still serve food politely and quite fast, so do their manager.

Tao has many variety of food. Unagi don, pumpkin koroke, ika ring, prosperity shrimp, motoyaki scallop, taiwanese prawn mantis are some that are a must whenever I pay a visit to Tao.

One of my favorite is the cold cuts, abalone.Another must try in Tao. The yummy scallop~ Tao always have special promotions. For example during May, those born on May can have 50%, so make your reservation fast and enjoy the yummy food.
