Yucks yucks Yucks.. this is the worst chicken rice I had so far… I wont be going to Lou Wong for chicken rice again… I nearly felt really yucks wif the chicken rice there.. Not much to say, the restaurant is famous among tourist. Here comes the chicken and the rice. Rice is quite normal .. nothing special as it is served with white rice not the chicken rice which is more oily. The chicken is really yucks.. The taste is yucks..as the taste of the chicken is very weird.. we need to drink the water every time we had the chicken.. Gosh and that’s terrible… and both of us unable to finish the meal even though we are real hungry..

Hakka Noodles which is just normals and not much ingredients when it is being served. The Hakka Noodles is nothing to shout about which is just a plain normal Hakka Noodles which is topped with minced pork with it. The noodles itself have nothing to shout about as well which it does not really attract me. It is not my favorite and the service is kinda slow
Taste : 3/5
Price: RM 4.50

Squito 黄金贼 Cry Jun 28, 2013

The little kiosk serving the squids whcih is approximately 6 inches each and it is being stuffed with seafood There are 4 standard international flavors available such as the French Honey Mustard Sauce (法式蜂蜜芥末醬), Japanese Sesame (Goma) Sauce (日式和風芝麻沙拉醬), Thai Hot & Sour Sauce (泰式酸辣醬) and Italian Basil Green Sauce(意式羅勒青醬). I am being recommended by the seller with the French Honey Mustard Sauce (法式蜂蜜芥末醬) which is the best seller. This is where the Giant squids are being stuffed with the scrumptious seafood rice and the giant squids which is laid on top of the fresh vegetables. The portion is quite a big one with the stuffed baked rice. As for me, I does not really love the taste of it especially the baked rice which is slightly sticky to me.
Taste: 2/5
Price: RM 8.90 each.

Nippon Yataimura Cry Jun 28, 2013

Nippon Yataimura a place which you may visit for a taste of Japanese in Queensbay Mall besides the usual Azuama, Sakae Sushi and Sushi King which is around the corner of the mall. The restaurant is located near to the basement carpark the same floor as Kenny Roasters.

We started with the Seafood Fried Rice which is a slight disappointing where the garlic taste is not fragrant enough. The portion is also just moderate and taste wise is very normal. Nothing much to shout about on the fried rice.
Taste : 2/5
Price : RM 10.80(S) / RM 14.00 (L)

Noodle Shack 面粉居 Cry Jun 27, 2013

Noodle Shack, one of the place we explore when we are in 1 Utama. Located at the corner just opposite Opika, the restaurant served pan mee. Since we had not tried the pan mee there, we had made a decision to get a try of the pan mee.The tradional soup pan mee is one of the specialities at Noodle Shack. The halal pan mee I could say will be the highlight here where it is served with fu chok, minced chicken as well as black fungus. Well, it comes to a disappointment to have our meal there as the portion was fairly small one. The noodle itself is powdered and it does not tirns good wih the soup with it. It is overall below my expectation.
