Coffee Box Cry Jun 08, 2012

Categories : Malaysian variety | Western variety | Café | Steaks / Chops | Nasi Lemak

A brand new coffee house aka alike Old Town Coffee is making its venture to Sri Gombak. The HALAL restaurant is serving Malaysian delights as well as coffee. The restaurant is basically located around Sri Gombak and you may find a large varities of dine from Chinese, malay and more.

Coffee Box Fried Rice which is the signature dine. The fried rice comes with prawn crackers as well as a pair of deep fried chicken wings. The food taste is simply tasteless but just uronly salty I can say. The taste and the portion I can say is the whole plate is full of ajinamoto and the fried rice is simply dry.

MOF Cry Jun 08, 2012

Categories : Japanese | Café | Ice Cream / Froyo / Gelato

MOF is a place to have the dine of ice creams and bento. The shop is well decorated with lots of ice creams all long. We had visited them for this round and tried the desserts there.

The matcha we ordered is nothing special to shout out. The ice creams is creamy and add with some fruits and strawberries and topped with mochi with it. The taste is just normal and ice cream is smooth and creamy.

Sekinchan Ikan Bakar  Cry Jun 08, 2012
Categories : Malay | Restaurant

Sekinchan Ikan Bakar is one of the famous Malay style ikan bakar which is a debut for the Malay.

Ikan Ayam which is being BBQ is one of the order. The taste is more like assam fish and being BBQ and wrapped with the banana leaf. The ikan ayam is really pricy compared to Chinese Style BBQ style and the taste is not really nice as well as there is lack of the bbq aroma

Picadilly Cry Jun 07, 2012

Piccadilly Restaurant located at the Millennium Square at Section 14 PJ (near to Digital Mall, Jaya 33). A reasonably restaurant with very cool and relaxing atmosphere. Piccadilly offers a wide variety of food, from Oriental, to North Indian, Western and Japanese Cuisine, they have it all. They have a large variety o food but as for service wise, the service is kinda poor.

Sizzling Chicken Chop Grilled- Served with Sizzling Hot Plate with Mix Vege and Fries. You may choose to have choices of Mushroom or Black Pepper Sauce. The portion was kinda small and there is quite a lot of ajinamoto which makes me thirsty after having them

PASTA ZANMAI , 1 UTAMA Cry Jun 07, 2012
Categories : Japanese | Restaurant | Pizza/Pasta

The Pasta Zanmai we went is located at the Old Wing of the 1-Utama Shopping Complex Ground Floor. The stylish thing here is where you can see the chefs behind the glass wall of the kitchen making pasta and doing some frying of tempura and many more.

One of it is the Short-neck Clam & Japanese Mushroom Soup Pasta set which comes with the seafood pasta with tomato sauce. It is said that Pasta Zanmai is famous for their serving of tomato sauce. It is served with clams and a prawn on it. The tomato sauce for the pasta i can say is simply too watery like it is not enough of pasta sauce and they had to add some water on it. Oh ya, the set comes with a soup and a salad which is not much a nice one comparing to the one in Sushi Zanmai.
