Toast + Eggs  Smile Jun 08, 2012
Categories : Malaysian variety | Restaurant | Noodles | Halal | Nasi Lemak

Most of the weekends I'll skip my breakfast, simply because I want to sleep in longer. On rare occasions, I would wake up and start my day with some healthy breakfast.

Roti bakar susu. Toasted perfectly and covered in sweetened condensed milk. I could eat a few more pieces of this if I wasn't worried about getting diabetes tongue

Ahh! Half-boiled eggs. Need I to say more? Add a little soy sauce and pepper, this will be tasty!

Corns in Soya Smile Jun 08, 2012

The combination of corn and soya milk is heavenly. Being a unique combination, I've always wanted to have have corns in soya but not many shops have this drink. Now I know where to head to if I needed to satisfy my cravings at once.

How does it taste like anyway? Well, it's just soya milk.. with corns inside. Corns are sweet so they too, added on a little extra sweetness into the milk, or you can imagine yourself having sweet corn drinks because the drink is rich in corns.

Guess The Name Game! Smile Jun 08, 2012

I believe most Malaysians are glad that we have mamak everywhere which are operating 24 hours to fix our random cravings at night. When the word "mamak" is brought up, almost everyone will think of Murni Discovery immediately.

There was only one Murni before this and it's located in PJ SS2. Trust me, do not attempt to dine in at this place unless you have the patients to locate for parking nearby or even table. Good news is, there is another branch in Aman Suria now, and it's called Murni Discovery. Unlike its main branch, this one is air conditioned and looks more classy and they even have proper menu now!

This is the Roti Volcano. It's supposed to have Milo and milk powder contained in it. Taste wise, it was so so only as in tasted like any other normal roti canai. You could dip it with sambal / curry / dhal sauce given.

Mee raja. I wonder why they named it this though. Mee raja consists of noodles, prawns, squids, chicken, crab sticks and lots of vegetables. Very big portion at the price of RM8 - best for sharing between 2 persons.

Mango Special, Ribena Special and Watermelon juice. Priced at RM5 each, these drinks are sweet and consist of fruits. Perfect drinks to quench your thirst lol

Spending per head: Approximately RM15

The "Hot" Pan Mee Smile Jun 07, 2012
Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Noodles

First of all, don't be misled by the signboard. I can assure you that the noodles served here are far from chilly.

Well, there isn't much options of pan mee here as compared to Jojo Pan Mee, only a few types namely the chili pan mee in which they are famous for, normal soup pan mee, dumpling soup etc.

This is what you get when you order chili pan mee; minced meat, half boiled egg, fried shallots and fried anchovies. Where's the chilies then? Don't worry, at Super Kitchen, you're free to add the ground dried chili paste onto your noodles according to your own preference/spiciness tolerance level. Hehe.

Mix them up and eat~!

Spending per head: Approximately RM6

Garlic butter sauce is the bomb! Smile Jun 07, 2012
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Western variety | Restaurant | Pizza/Pasta | Halal

To me, Papa John's pizzas are better than those of Pizza Hut.

Usually when I dine in at Papa John's, I would order the mushroom soup. Thick and creamy, with chunks of mushrooms.

I don't have a specific type of pizza to order but usually the non-spicy ones are preferred as I can't take spicy food. Then, there will always be some side dishes such as potato wedges and garlic stick.

I really like the garlic butter sauce provided by Papa John's. Best part of all? I could request for more sauce FOC. If I had this at home, I swear I could eat half a loaf of bread just by dipping them into the sauce.

Spending per head: Approximately RM25(晚餐)
