Eggs during lunch or dinner is like a staple dish. Try it with 3 types of eggs. In this steam egg, there's 3 types of eggs, salted egg, century egg and the usual chicken egg. The egg came in super smooth texture which means it has been carefully broiled. The soy sauce could be a bit too salty so I didn't take too much of it with the egg. But the fried garlic made the egg more fragrant and delicious.
