这个炸软壳蟹炸到蛮脆的。包覆在表面的面粉浆不会很厚也不会很薄，肉也不会太少。咬起来的口感刚刚好。喜欢点上一些芥末一起吃。外面的紫菜很脆很可口。咬起来又不一样的感觉。
