芋头和五花腩切成公整，而且还排得蛮美观的。芋头蒸得十分的软，好像吃着芋泥这样；五花腩，块块都肥瘦均衡，而且很薄，所以入口即化，完全没有肥腻的感觉。他们利用南乳来调制，所以扣肉汁带着浓郁南乳香，很适合拿来下饭。 continue reading
