东波肉其实就是半肥瘦的肉腌制了，再焖焗出来的菜式。我吃过这里的东坡肉，这里的肉有点过于偏肥，我本身很讨厌吃有很多脂肪的食物，所以那么肥的肉让我觉得很geli。而且这个东坡肉的酱汁很浓郁，结果我吃起来有种像是在吃芋头扣肉的错觉。 continue reading
