金瓜板面是那天在弟弟到这里用餐时，无意间发现的。之前都好像没有吃过这样的食物，所以就尝试了。一尝之下，哇，不得了，这个金瓜板面身鬆軟、口感好，與外面以全面粉及雞蛋製作的板面完全不同。更重要的是，由于材料關係，無論是板面還是一俗稱的圓面，面條全無鹼水味。而且金瓜是一种很有益的食品，拿来制作成板面，真是很健康！ continue reading
