除了蛋挞，我也很喜欢买这里的葡塔回家当甜点。这里的葡塔的制作手法跟蛋挞一样，都是在饼皮中间放入鸡蛋或是pandan汁，但是葡塔的饼皮会制作得比较厚而且是很容易碎的，吃起来跟蛋挞没有很像。我比较喜欢pandan味的，因为pandan味很重，吃起来觉得很香。 continue reading
