除了蛋挞,我也很喜欢买这里的葡塔回家当甜点。这里的葡塔的制作手法跟蛋挞一样,都是在饼皮中间放入鸡蛋或是pandan汁,但是葡塔的饼皮会制作得比较厚而且是很容易碎的,吃起来跟蛋挞没有很像。我比较喜欢pandan味的,因为pandan味很重,吃起来觉得很香。 continue reading
