i hope i'm spelling it right. i don't understand foo chow so i'm not sure it its kam puang or something elsebasically the kampuang is the signature noodle of sitiawan just like how kolok mee is signature to sarawakthe noodle is very bouncy and chewy which i really likeslightly thicker than wantan mee with slight curls like ramen noodlesthe dry kampuang noodle is served like a basic wan tan mee with other ingredients such as pork meat and sotong
