Sakae Sushi is a local sushi chain with international presence. It is a restaurant serving a variety of Japanese cuisine. In Penang there are only six Sakae Sushi outlet. And this is the one that is located at 1st Avenue Mall.Fried HotateFried hotate or in other word, Fried Scallop is a quite popular one in Sakae Sushi. They place a little amount of the Japanese Mayo on the top of the breaded fried Hotate. The hotate is really crunchy on the outside while ht e flesh is sweet and soft.
