Sashimi is one of my favourite Japanese must eat dish whenever I visit a Japanese restaurant. This sashimi platter uses fresh salmon and yellowfin tuna. Some prefer to eat sashimi without any sauce but I prefer to dip sashimi with some Japanese light soy sauce and wasabi.
