Loh Mee is one of my favourite Malaysian food. I enjoy the soup base of loh mee which is slightly sour which increases my appetite. You may choose different types of toppings for the loh mee. For me, I have chosen chicken feet. The chicken feet has have been braised till tender and just fall off the bone. Eaten with the sambal sauce, it is simply delicious.
