Kek Seng cafe restaurant is specialised in serving hawker style food in Penang. it is located at Jalan Penang, Georgetown.Hainanese Chicken RiceHainanese chicken rice is one of my all time favourite Malaysian food. The chicken itself is cooked perfectly. It is so smooth, juicy and tender. The rice is so fragrant and it complement the chicken very well. It is best served with a special chilli sauce which increases the flavour and taste of the chicken.

Hainanese chicken rice is one of my all time favourite Malaysian food. The chicken itself is cooked perfectly. It is so smooth, juicy and tender.
