Hidden recipe is a restaurant located some where near USM, Penang. That was a time, I had been effect by a food blogger, she like to order fish and chip rather than chicken chop. So i try to order Black Pepper Fish at that time, I order Black pepper is because I like it taste, it's spicy compare to other sauce. Although the food is not bad but I quite regret that I order the fish, it is not really delicious that I thought, but it is only my opinion.
