This is a rather simple dish with only mashed tuna on the rice and seaweed. I'm not really a big fan of tuna so this one comes out as pretty decent. The taste is rather normal like when I'm making tuna bread Of course this taste much better than mine... Could do with more ingredients, maybe adding a bit of flying fish roe? or cheese?
