 Combo BBQ Noodle (Roast goose and pork)
The noodles was springy, tasted nice with their clear dark soy sauce. From the photo, that is the Roast goose. The roast goose was AWESOME!!! the skin was crispy. Not only that, the fatty layer under the skin melts inside your mouth and yet you will not feel disgust by it. The taste of the goose meat was strong. I bet they marinated it greatly!!! Thumbs up for the GOOSE.
