Xiang Chun Fried RiceI don't really know how to describe the taste of xiang chun but this is a fried rice I enjoyed eating at Lily Pond, a restaurant serving vegetarian dish around PJ. The best part I enjoy most is the diced minced vegetarian luncheon meat where it brings out additional flavour to the already delicious fried rice. There are a lot of sliced vegetable like cabbage, lettuce and not forgetting mushroom. The only thing I hope for the dish is to be less oily.
