Steamed instead of fried, these flavourful Vegetarian Lion Head provides a tender and chewy exterior and a great combination of textures inside. You could taste the barley, peanut and ginkgo flavours very distinctly. Remember to have it with the sauce where it adds the right saltiness to the overall good dish.
