Instead of the usual heavy and meaty Char Siew Pau, why not try substituting it with the vegetarian version once awhile? I guess it would be better as the stomach get to rest awhile with some light digestion when the meat is replaced alternatively. This mocked meat still taste good and quite near to its original meaty taste. Nicely marinated with the dark and sweet sauce of char siew, it is also drenched with some white sesame for better overall fragrance too. Best part is, you won’t feel too fu
