The stall is quite shabby-looking but I always see crowd flocking at the stall to get their freshly-made egg tarts. I'm wondering what's so special about it, so I give it a try. The egg custard is very soft when I bite through it, and I can see how generous they use the eggs for the tarts. No artificial flavourings and colorings. I like the thick crusty side and thin base of the tart. The tart itself is very aromatic even without the egg. Overall, it is comparable to many huge pastry shops' egg
