At Tony Roma's, their signature dish would be the beef ribs. The ribs were served with a coleslaw and some carrots. I wasn't too pleased with the ribs because the ribs weren't meaty. The bones were really big but there were so little meats. The ribs although tasted quite nice, i'm not satisfied. The meat didn't come off from the bones easily. However, the ribs were nicely glazed with barbeque sauce which tasted great.
