You must be wondering, how does fried food equates to heathy food? The reason being is that they serve a generously huge amount of salad (shredded cabbages) with really tasty salad dressing. I’m not a fan of salads but the salad is really good (if you put sufficient dressing or else it will just taste like any other ordinary cabbage).

I ordered the Rosu Katsu Set which costed RM 25.90. Rosu in Japanese means pork loin. You can also go for the Hire Katsu Set which is pork fillet which costs RM2 more than the pork loin. (RM 27.50). My friend on the other hand ordered their homemade katsu curry which costed around RM 27.90. To me I think the price was reasonable because their pork was really succulent!

Their deep fried pork loins was really thick and juicy!! The pork doesn’t taste dry at all! Usually deep fried food tend to be dry after some time but this pork loin definitely won’t! My friends and I were busy taking photos of the food and so our food were left on the table for some time. Even after the photo taking the pork was still moist and flavourful.

All sets come with rice, miso soup and shredded cabbage on the side. The best part is, the rice, cabbage and miso soup with pork (known as tonjiru) are refillable!! I saw lots of people refiling their cabbage and miso soup and I myself refilled my miso soup several times. The miso soup was not diluted at all!! It must be the pork doing its magic. Everything taste better with pork doesn’t it? As for the rice, you can choose either plain steamed rice or multi grain rice. Go for the multi grain rice you’re opting for a healthier choice. Aha, this is what I meant by heathy food!

Overall the food was good and the restaurant was really nice and has a Japanese feel upon entering. (Clearly because it is a Japanese-French style restaurant)Food there
