Sometimes we would want to have something healthy, normal white bread have too high sugar in their ingredient, it is advisable that older people should not take too much of white bread.But not that we are young we can consume a lot of it, we still need to take care of our health. This morning i ordered this oat bun where it were steam with kaya.The taste of the kaya were not too sweet where it is acceptable, and the bread that were using were full with oat where each bite of it there will be oat
