New York CheesecakeThis is another favourite cake of the day. Some cafes may not get this right, usually due to the faint cheese taste. One bite of this and it reminds me of my mum's cheesecake version, does not contain overwhelming cheese taste but just right for the palate. The biscuit base is another winning point, crunchy and fragrant from butter used to cook the biscuit crumbs with. Thumbs up, must try!
