Among them, the best mix would be the Fermented Bean Curd Sauce with Hong Kong Chilli Sauce. This pairing is superb especially when eaten with cooked pork meat. Just fantastic! But do go easy on the Fermented Bean Curd Sauce, for it could be quite salty if taken too much individually. Another equally mouthwatering is the Taiwanese Satay Sauce, that I enjoy with lots of scallions to enhance the flavor. Indeed unique and eye-opening gastronomically.
