Soi Thai is so noticable and crowded during dinner hours. Thai Green Curry ChickenSuch a creamy and succulent combination of chicken slices and brinjals keeps me reaching for more. Soft, smooth and tender meat tastes great when touched by the very mild, sweet green curry. Very light and lacking of exotic flavours of spices.
Thai Curry Choo Chee FishNext, the Choo Chee Fish, recommended by the affable waiter, arrives. I learn that Thai curry has more than just between red and green, there is Choo Chee curry as well! What a delicious dish: Spicy red curry with a burst of distinctive flavours from the kaffir lime leaves.
Black Glutinous Rice in Coconut MilkHere's for dessert. This sticky rice is more of dark purple than black, so compact yet soft. To my personal taste, I'm amazed at the unique taste of the naturally sweet rice in combination with the coconut milk. It tastes even better than the mango sticky rice, so enjoyable yet guilt-free!
