I just love to eat hand rolls when i come to Japanese restaurants. My usual order for the hand roll would be the soft shell crab hand roll. The soft shell crab hand roll has a piece of soft shell crab's leg, some cucumber strips, salmon roes, the sushi rice, and wrapped by the seaweed. The seaweed is crunchy and flavorful. It's more on the experience of eating the crab with the shells. The sushi rice was very nice, slightly sweet and a hint of vinegar. Some mayonnaise were added in the hand roll so it doesn't taste dry.
