The way Artisan Roast sells their desserts is to make them small and price them low. That way, you would feel less painful when you pay. The pecan square was very moistened and loaded with chunks of pecan. That was how desserts made of nuts should be : Alot alot alot of nuts! It was not very sweet though, which I think it was good to go with coffee. Caramel cube in contrary was loaded with tonnes of sweetness, which I personally like it more. In terms of balance, pecan square won.
