I think the salmon is not very fresh that i can feel the smelly of the fish, just a bit not very strong. The rice is the most delicious and i like it the most. It cook with their special sauce and on top with pepper and green onion. The sauce is a bit sweet and taste of garlic, it is very nice! You can add more pepper and the sauce to make it taste stronger if you want. I feel that more pepper will be nicer
