I ordered Pajeon. Pajeon is like a pancake with a few types of vegetable. Main ingredients including eggs, wheat flour, rice flour, green onions, and spring onions. The pancake is crispy with a slight salty taste. There are some light brown colored sauce that comes together with Pajeon. I like dipping into the sauce as it makes the Pajeon more flavorful instead of bland taste. Comparing with Pancake, Pajeon is consider more bland and more healthy type of pancake.
