It is by default my dim sum selection. Compared to most places, this was the most flavorful one despite the slight wateriness. The amount of century and salted egg was quite decent.This was even better! I love how well the pai kuat went along with the porridge. The pai kuat was very tender. It came with quite a few pieces of pai kuat too! *clap hands*
