Comes to the wrap up moment on a sweet note. Well, we have come across many types of Chocolate Lava that is usually synonym with Western cuisine. Here, we could have out very own Lava recipe which is quite decent; Old Town Coffee Lava. Initially, I was not too hopeful for this dessert the moment it arrived, but that thought kind of fade of after I get a taste of it as time passed by. As bland and simple as it seems, when you take a scoop of the ice cream with bits of the coffee essence, it changes the whole perspective. You won’t notice any bitterness from the coffee at all, but only the nice and smooth blend of the vanilla ice cream and the coffee fragrance. It does get addictive at times due to the milky combination, which also later leads me to thinking of Affagato when the ice cream start to melt in the sea of the coffee Thumbs up!
