Char siew is sweet, delicious, but a bit too tough, despite being a fatty cut.The fried pork is tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, and served with really good garlic chilli sauce. The salty and spicy flavours go very well with a Starker Dunkel, which is actually one of my favourite beers with it's deep rich flavours.
