This ice cream shop sells many different types ranging from conventional ones such as green tea ice cream and non conventional ice cream such as wasabi ice cream!
I felt adventurous and tried their Miso Ice Cream. This ice cream even have a seaweed wrapped around it. It's presentation is pretty, to say the least.
Taste-wise this ice cream is both sweet and savoury. It has an interesting flavour and saltiness of miso soup, but it is also sweet at the same time. It may not be everybody's cup of tea but I think it is really interesting.
