Out of all the shaved ice desserts at Tong Pak Fu, I'd have to say it's a very close fight at the top, but mango wins. Credit their imported mangoes from the Philippines for the rich natural sweetness and thick, creamy consistency.Beside the super smooth shaved ice that melts slowly enough for you to enjoy the dessert without rushing, it also comes with little pearls filled with mango juice for that extra pop of mangoey goodness.This is one of the better mango desserts out there.

Beside the super smooth shaved ice that melts slowly enough for you to enjoy the dessert without rushing, it also comes with little pearls filled with mango juice for that extra pop of mangoey goodness.

This is one of the better mango desserts out there.
