You won't believe how incredibly tender the lamb hanith is at Saba Restaurant! The lamb is slow-cooked with 11 spices (if I remember correctly) until the lamb is flavourful and fall-off-the-bone tender! The result is a very tender and aromatic lamb.Rice is grainy and the serving size is not as big as it used to be, but still a lot.
