Thus, we enquire the boss if we could have it as an omelet version. Without hesitating, he approves the idea affirmatively and it just spice up our day! Much surprise when it comes in a much skillful manner; which is the Kimchi fried rice is wrapped within the omellte! Such a great job! Even from flavor wise, each grain of rice is fried thoroughly with the kimchi and with adequate smokiness a dish of fried rice should have. It’s saporous with the fragrance of combined seaweed as well. So rewarding!
