Kou Yoke (oink oink with yam slices)
Kau Yoke (piggy + yam) comes with 5 mantou to eat with. This dish is a bit of a let down as the yam were not really fresh and the gravy has too strong "min si" sauce taste. For those who are watching out on their diet should not order this dish as the pork has a layer of very thick fat.
