A friend ordered a whole roast lamb from this shop for the celebration of his daughter's birthday, which I attended. I had the privilege of getting the carver to keep for me a few pieces of the lamb ribs. I took it back home to share with wifey, who was a big fan of kambing bakar. The lamb was roasted sufficiently, although the meat near the bones were slightly red, it was still fine. The meat was juicy and succulent, though slightly gamey, which was expected of a roast lamb.
