I actually love Korean glass noodles more for it is much springier, thus better texture compare to local ones. Just that it could be tad oily at times as it need slightly more fluid to prevent it from sticking to the wok during sautéing process. So you could actually pair it with lots of greens like spring onions to reduce the oiliness. Other than that, it is still very good to go! ^__^
