 Roasted Chicken with Balsamic Glaze.
The chicken is marinated with herbs and then roasted, finally glazed with balsamic. It is served with fried rosemary wedges and garlic butter broccoli. The serving is so big, almost half the chicken is served. Luckily we ordered it for sharing. Finishing the chicken is a tough job, not only because the portion is huge, but also because the chicken is dry and hard, not tender at all. Wedges, on the other hand, is very nice.
